The Following List Will Be Used To Inspect Your Tractor

ENGINE
  1. Perform Oil Scan on engine and hydaulic oil
  2. Inspect exhaust system
  3. Check for engine oil leaks
  4. Inspect pulleys and belts
  5. Inspect for loose wires
  6. Inspect viscous fan drive system
COOLING SYSTEM
  1. Inspect radiator
  2. Inspect water pump
  3. Inspect coolant system for leaks
  4. Inspect coolant system hoses
  5. Record coolant freezing point
  6. Record pressure test on radiator
FUEL SYSTEM
  1. Inspect fuel transfer pump
  2. Inspect injection nozzles and lines
  3. Inspect for water in fuel filter
  4. Inspect for water in fuel tank if petcock is available on tank
DYNO CHECK
  1. Perform Dynamometer test
  2. Check and adjust low end rpm and high end rpm on engine
  3. Inspect for pto clutch slippage
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
  1. Inspect tractor neutral start system
  2. Record alternator charging system output
  3. Load test battery
  4. Inspect battery cables, and post
  5. Inspect tractor work lights
  6. Perform bulb check (instrument ant dash check)
  7. Record all fault codes in dash control unit
POWER TRAIN
  1. Document System operating pressure
  2. Document Lube pressure
  3. Document PTO clutch and brake pressures
  4. Perform transmission element leak test
TEST DRIVE
  1. Test drive and note transmission operation
  2. Test drive and note condition of shifter control linkages
  3. Test drive and note operation of differential lock
  4. Test drive and check brakes and brake valve
  5. Test drive and check operation of steering
  6. Test drive and check proper operation of MFWD (on/off)
  7. Test drive and check for MFWD to disengage with brake switch applied
FINAL DRIVE
  1. Inspect for final drive leaks and bearing endplay
  2. Inspect for Hi-Crop drop housing oil level and oil condition
  3. Inspect transmission drive shaft endplay & u-joint condition
  4. Inspect transmission sender for leakage

FRONT POWER TRAIN
  1. Inspect driveline u-joints
  2. Inspect driveline shields for safety
  3. Inspect input quill bearing
  4. Inspect pivot pin & bushing
  5. Inspect differential housing oil level
  6. Inspect for metal in front differential housing through fill plug with magnet
  7. Inspect front axle endplay
  8. Inspect front cv joints and seals
  9. Inspect king pin and bearing endplay
  10. Inspect tie rod ends
  11. Inspect steering cylinders for leaks, worn bushings, or bent shaft
  12. Inspect steering lines for leaks
  13. Inspect for oil level in torque hub
  14. Inspect for torque hub bearing endplay (raise and shake wheel)
  15. Inspect front MFWD vent tube
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
  1. Record main pump standby pressure
  2. Inspect rockshaft/ EH hitch
    • Operation
    • Cycle test
  3. Inspect draft sensing cylinder strap
  4. Inspect selective control valve & coupler for leaks
  5. Inspect selective control valve flow control lever to be operational
  6. Inspect for operation of lift cylinders and leaks
  7. Flow rate and record gpm of scv
  8. Record pump stall pressure
  9. Perform selective control valve leakage test
  10. Inspect for hydraulic system leaks
  11. Inspect for proper operation of linkages
OPERATORS STATION
  1. Inspect blower motor speed operatio
  2. Inspect heater operation
  3. Check and record A/C system pressures
  4. Inspect external plugging of A/C condenser
  5. Inspect seat rails
  6. Check radio
  7. Inspect operation of air seat (if applicable)
  8. Inspect telescopic and tilt of steering wheel
  9. Inspect windshield wiper blades, and motor operation (front and rear)
  10. Inspect seat belt operation
  11. Inspect door latch for adjustment
  12. Inspect window latch adjustment
  13. Inspect for missing cowling hardware
  14. Inspect upholstery
  15. Inspect a/c vents
  16. Inspect horn operation
SAFETY
  1. Pto Shield is present
  2. SMV sign is present
  3. Starter positive post cover is present
