Sunshine Quality Solutions, a 17-location John Deere dealership, headquartered in Donaldsonville, Louisiana has completed the purchase of 4 acres located just east of the new I-10 / Pecue Lane exchange on the new Reiger Road extension at Park Bluff Drive. Site selection was secured by Sunshine’s realtor Bob Kirby with Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate.
The new building and surrounding lot are set to be completed by 2024. The current location located at 12137 Airline Highway will remain open until the new construction is complete. The new location will continue to expand Sunshine’s footprint, strengthening its ability to serve its loyal customers.
“As we continue to grow in the state of Louisiana, this new location will allow us to provide the customer service they expect but also the convenience they need in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Not only will we be able to better represent our customers, but the new location will also serve as a second corporate office and a training facility for our current employees,” said CEO Rob Richter.
